Use the job titles employers use

Search for the titles that appear in real postings, not internal nicknames. Add common variants as separate titles, such as “Customer Success Manager” and “Account Manager”: each copilot accepts up to 3.

Start strict, then widen

Begin with your must-have filters: location, seniority and salary. If the daily email stays thin after a few days, relax one filter at a time, so you can see which one was holding results back.

How can I automate my job search?

Use a tool that searches on a schedule rather than on request. In JobsAICopilot you pick up to 3 job titles per copilot, add filters (location, remote work, seniority, salary, keywords, excluded companies) and choose whether to save matches or auto-apply. The copilot then searches every 2 hours and emails you a daily summary.

How much can I customize my JobsAICopilot search settings?

A lot. Specify job titles with any keywords, in any language — you are not limited to the autocomplete suggestions. Then exclude companies, require keywords, and filter by location, remote work, seniority and salary range. You can change these settings whenever you like, even after your copilot has started working.

Can JobsAICopilot search only remote jobs, or jobs in other countries?

Yes. Each copilot can target one country or remote jobs worldwide, and you can either include remote roles in a wider search or search for remote positions only. With 3 copilots on the Elite plan, you can search three countries at the same time.

Can I exclude specific companies from my job search?

Yes. You can exclude up to 20 companies from your automated job search — for example your current employer, or companies you have already applied to on your own. Jobs from excluded companies are never saved to your tracker and never applied to.

Can I filter job openings by industry?

A dedicated industry filter isn’t available yet, but required keywords achieve the same result. For example, to find “Project Manager” roles in logistics, add “Logistics” as a required keyword in the job description filter. JobsAICopilot only considers openings that match all of your criteria at once.

Can I run several job searches at the same time?

Yes. Each copilot handles up to 3 job titles. Premium includes 1 copilot and Elite includes 3, so on Elite you can run up to 9 automated job searches in parallel — each copilot with its own filters, country and resume.

Which companies does JobsAICopilot search?

As of October 2026, JobsAICopilot searches the career pages of more than 50,000 companies, and the list is constantly expanding. Because it reads official company career pages rather than reposted listings, every job you see comes straight from the employer that is hiring.
