Jobright Review (2026): Is It Legit? Pricing, Autofill & Verdict

Jobright review: a legit AI job search copilot with 8M+ listings and a free plan, while Turbo runs about $30–$40/month. Pros, cons and Reddit verdict.

Jobright review cover: title card reading Is It Legit? Pricing, Autofill & Verdict, beside a verdict checklist

Jobright is legit: it’s a venture-backed AI job search copilot from Santa Clara, California, with more than 8 million listings and a genuinely useful free plan. It suits US-based job seekers, including H-1B candidates, who want sharper job matches, resume tailoring and one-click autofill, while the paid Turbo plan costs roughly $30–$40 a month depending on the source and billing period. If you’d rather have applications submitted for you, an AI job application bot is a different kind of tool.

Key takeaways

  • Jobright is a real company (launched 2023, $7.7 million raised) that claims 3,000,000+ users on its homepage as of October 2026.
  • It matches you to jobs, tailors your resume, suggests insider referrals and autofills applications; you still review and submit each one.
  • Pricing: a free plan plus Turbo, reported at $14.99–$17.99 a week or $29.99–$39.99 a month in 2026. There’s no public pricing page.
  • Google shows 4.8 stars from 3,536 Trustpilot reviews, while Reddit threads are more mixed (stale listings, subscription value).
  • Best for: US tech and business roles, new grads and visa-sponsored candidates who want speed but still control every submission.

How we reviewed it: we checked Jobright’s homepage, blog and pricing references on October 7, 2026, then compared them with Trustpilot data, Reddit threads and independent reviews published in 2025–2026.

What is Jobright?

Jobright (jobright.ai) is an AI job search copilot that finds open roles you’re qualified for, rewrites your resume for each one, shows you people who could refer you and autofills application forms. As of October 2026, its homepage claims 3,000,000+ users, 8,000,000+ total jobs and roughly 400,000 new postings added every day, aggregated from LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages and other sources.

In practice, Jobright bundles features you’d otherwise buy separately: a job board with match scores, resume tailoring similar to an AI resume creator, a networking assistant, an AI job tracker and a browser autofill. What it doesn’t do by default is submit applications on your behalf the way automated job applications services do; you open each application, check the autofilled fields and click submit yourself. Jobright has also launched “Jobright Agent”, which its blog describes as putting the job search “on autopilot”.

Jobright’s own “Is Jobright Legit?” post (updated December 2025) adds that the company debuted as Product Hunt’s #1 Product of the Week in July 2024 and was covered by TechCrunch in June 2024. Those are the company’s statements, but they’re consistent with what independent sources show: named founders, disclosed investors and a large user base.

How Jobright works

Jobright is built around one profile and a feed of matched jobs. Here’s the typical flow:

  1. Sign up for free and upload your resume. You set target titles, locations, salary and whether you need visa sponsorship.
  2. Review your matched jobs. Each listing gets a match score based on your skills and experience rather than job titles alone, and Jobright pushes early alerts for new postings.
  3. Tailor your resume. Resume AI rewrites your resume for a specific posting; the homepage says it takes about six seconds.
  4. Find insider connections. Jobright surfaces alumni, former colleagues and hiring managers at the company and offers message templates for reaching out.
  5. Autofill the application. The Chrome extension fills forms “across all major ATS platforms”. You check the answers and submit.
  6. Ask Orion. The built-in AI career copilot answers questions about roles and interview prep around the clock.

Jobright also lists side tools on its site, including a job tracker, an AI cover letter generator and an “AI Fraud Detection” tool.

The design choice matters. Because autofill still leaves you in charge of each submission, Jobright scales well to a few dozen careful applications a week. If you’re aiming for hundreds of applications a month without opening each one, you’ll either need Jobright Agent or a tool built around automatic submission.

Pricing and plans (October 2026)

Jobright doesn’t publish a public pricing page: jobright.ai/pricing returned a “not found” error when we checked on October 7, 2026, and the homepage links to no pricing page. Plans appear inside the app after you sign up. That’s why published prices vary by source:

PlanPrice reported (2025–2026)What you getSource
Free$0Matched jobs, application tracking, basic resume help, limited AI featuresJobright homepage
Turbo (weekly)$14.99–$17.99 per weekFull AI resume tailoring, coaching and networking toolsJobCopilot, JobHire.AI and Wobo reviews (2026)
Turbo (monthly)$29.99–$39.99 per monthSame featuresJobright blog ($29.99), Wobo ($39.99)
Turbo (quarterly)$69.99–$89.99 per quarterSame featuresJobCopilot, Wobo reviews

Jobright’s “Is Jobright Legit?” article describes its paid tier simply as “Premium plans ($30/month)” giving “full access to AI resume tweaks, career coaching, and deeper networking tools.” Wobo’s 2026 review reports that the monthly price had risen to $39.99 and that Turbo has no free trial and no refunds. Jobright’s own blog snippet still shows $29.99. The safest reading is that the monthly plan sits between $29.99 and $39.99 in 2026, and that weekly billing is the most expensive way to pay.

Free tier. The free plan is more than a teaser. You can browse matches, save jobs and test the resume tools before paying, which several 2026 reviews call one of Jobright’s strengths.

Cancellation and refunds. Treat Turbo as non-refundable. Reviewers report no refunds after purchase, and ResumeJudge’s review complains that refund requests went unanswered. Cancel from your account before the renewal date if you only need a week or a month.

What users say

Jobright’s public reputation is strong on review sites and more divided in forums.

  • Trustpilot: as of October 2026, Google’s result snippet shows Jobright’s Trustpilot page at 4.8 stars from 3,536 reviews, and Trustpilot’s summary says customers frequently mention that the platform simplifies the whole search.
  • r/csMajors: a 2025 thread titled “Is anyone using Jobright.ai?” (70+ comments) starts from a user who found the jobs relevant and the price low and asks whether anyone landed interviews. Google’s summary of the discussion highlights entry-level users who feel Jobright shows more realistic entry-level roles than LinkedIn.
  • r/CodingJobs: a late-2025 thread credits Jobright with surfacing newly posted jobs quickly, so you can apply before a listing collects 100+ applicants.
  • r/cscareeradvice: an early-2026 thread, “How legit is JobRight?”, raises a concrete concern: some postings didn’t match the employer’s official career page. Google’s summary of the thread says commenters doubted the subscription was worth it given low interview conversion.
  • r/recruitinghell: a 2025 thread complained about Jobright’s job posts filling LinkedIn feeds, and a late-2025 post from a paying user listed several concerns about the Jobright Agent.
  • r/jobright: the brand’s own subreddit has a March 2026 post crediting its resume tailoring with reflecting real experience against what the role asks for, rather than stuffing in buzzwords.

Independent reviews follow the same pattern, though note that many are written by companies selling competing tools. JobHire.AI says Jobright is “worth trying if you apply at high volume and want a Chrome autofill that actually works”; ResumeJudge criticizes its refund support; Remote Job Assistant calls the free tier “genuinely useful.”

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A free plan that is useful on its own, not just a trial.
  • A large, fast-moving job inventory with early alerts on new postings.
  • Match scores that consider skills and experience, not only titles.
  • Resume tailoring per job, praised by users for staying close to real experience.
  • Insider-connection suggestions and outreach templates, which few competitors offer.
  • An H-1B sponsorship filter for international candidates.
  • Transparent company background: named founders, disclosed funding, a US headquarters.

Cons

  • No public pricing page, and reported prices range from $29.99 to $39.99 a month.
  • Reviewers report no refunds and no free trial on Turbo.
  • Some users find listings that are out of date or don’t match the employer’s site.
  • Autofill still requires you to open and submit every application.
  • US-focused, so it’s less useful for job seekers in other countries.
  • Promotional job posts on LinkedIn annoy some users.

JobsAICopilot is our product.

The practical difference is who does the clicking. With Jobright you stay in the loop for every application, which suits a targeted search with networking. With JobsAICopilot you upload your resume once, set filters, and the copilot scans career pages, tailors each application and applies, with up to 50 a day on Elite (three copilots). Review Mode lets you approve applications first if you want control, and the Chrome extension, AI cover letter generator, AI Interview Simulator and AI Salary Copilot are included. JobsAICopilot has 100,000+ users but doesn’t offer a free trial, so Jobright’s free plan is the cheaper way to start.

Who should use Jobright (and who shouldn’t)

Jobright is a good fit if you:

  • Are job hunting in the US, especially in software, data, product or business roles.
  • Are a student, new grad or international candidate who benefits from the H-1B filter and entry-level matching.
  • Want to apply early to fresh postings and are willing to submit each application yourself.
  • Value networking and would actually use the referral suggestions.
  • Want to start free and only pay if the matches prove useful.

Look elsewhere if you:

  • Live outside the US or target non-US roles.
  • Want applications submitted for you every day without opening each one.
  • Need clear, published pricing and a refund window before you subscribe.
  • Mainly need help with a single resume rather than a full search workflow.

Alternatives to Jobright

Verdict

As of October 7, 2026, Jobright is a legitimate, well-funded AI job search copilot, and its free plan is worth trying for anyone job hunting in the US. Its strengths are job discovery, match scoring, resume tailoring and the networking layer; its weaknesses are opaque pricing, a strict no-refund reputation and the occasional stale listing. Pay for Turbo only after the free plan has shown you matches you’d actually apply to, and choose the billing period you can cancel before renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have a question?

Write to contact@jobsaicopilot.com or visit our contact page.

Is Jobright a legit site?

Yes. Jobright is a real, venture-backed company based in Santa Clara, California, launched in 2023 by Eric Cheng and Ethan Zheng, and its blog says it has raised $7.7 million. As of October 2026 Google shows its Trustpilot page at 4.8 stars from 3,536 reviews, although Reddit users report mixed results and some outdated listings.

How much does a Jobright subscription cost?

Jobright has a free plan and a paid plan called Turbo. Jobright's own blog cites $29.99 per month, while independent reviews published in 2026 report $14.99 to $17.99 per week, $29.99 to $39.99 per month, or $69.99 to $89.99 per quarter. Prices appear inside the app rather than on a public pricing page, so confirm the total at checkout.

Is JobRight better than LinkedIn?

They do different jobs. LinkedIn is a professional network and job board where recruiters post roles and search for candidates. Jobright is a search copilot that aggregates listings, scores how well you match, tailors your resume and autofills applications. Many job seekers use both: LinkedIn for networking and recruiter visibility, Jobright for faster matching and fresher postings.

Do you have to pay for Jobright AI?

No. You can sign up for free, browse matched jobs, track applications and try the basic resume tools. According to Jobright's blog, paid members get full access to AI resume tweaks, career coaching and deeper networking tools. Several independent reviewers describe the free tier as genuinely useful on its own, so try it before upgrading.

Is Jobright AI trustworthy?

As a company, yes: it has named founders, disclosed investors and millions of sign-ups. The caveats are practical. Some Reddit users found listings that no longer matched the employer's career page, and at least one independent reviewer reported slow refund support. Verify important postings on the company's own site and read the billing terms before you upgrade.
