How they apply for you
FastApply, from FastApply LTD, runs two engines. Browse & Apply works in your browser: you pick jobs or start a search, and the Chrome extension fills each form while the tab stays open. Its pricing page says it works across Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter and 20+ more platforms.
Apply for Me runs on FastApply’s servers. You set roles, locations and a match threshold once, and it applies only to jobs above that score, even with your laptop closed. Starter and Pro include one background automation and Elite two.
FastApply says it supports 150+ ATS form variations and averages about two minutes per application.
JobsAICopilot works from your resume and filters for titles, locations, remote work, salary and companies to exclude. Its automated job search scans 50,000+ company career pages daily, and its AI automated job applications go only to verified listings on official career pages rather than job boards.
Each application is tailored to the posting, and Elite adds an AI-tailored resume for every application. Both plans include an AI cover letter generator for roles that ask for one.
The biggest difference is reach versus focus. FastApply covers more places to apply, including job boards; JobsAICopilot covers fewer channels but submits where employers run their own hiring.
Pricing compared (October 2026)
FastApply’s pricing page offers monthly, 90-Day Sprint and yearly billing, with yearly marked “-40%.” The 90-Day Sprint prices below are shown by default; on monthly billing its structured data lists $14 to $49 across the three paid plans.
| Plan | Price | Per week | Volume | Tailoring |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FastApply Free | $0 | $0 | 5 applications in total | No |
| FastApply Starter | $12.67 a month (90-Day Sprint); from $14 monthly | About $2.92 | 200 a month, 1 automation | No |
| FastApply Pro | $25 a month (90-Day Sprint) | About $5.77 | 500 a month, 1 automation | Resume and cover letter per job |
| FastApply Elite | $44 a month (90-Day Sprint) | About $10.15 | 1,000 a month, 2 automations | Resume and cover letter per job |
| JobsAICopilot Premium | $14.54 a week, $33.69 a month or $84.40 a quarter | $14.54, about $7.77 or about $6.49 | Up to 20 a day | Each application tailored |
| JobsAICopilot Elite | $17.92 a week, $44.96 a month or $106.94 a quarter | $17.92, about $10.38 or about $8.23 | Up to 50 a day | Resume tailored for every application |
FastApply wins on price. Its Pro plan adds per-job resume and cover letter tailoring for $25 a month, below JobsAICopilot’s monthly Premium. Our pricing page lists every JobsAICopilot total.
At full use, the gap narrows: Elite’s 50 a day comes to about 1,500 applications in a 30-day month for $44.96, against FastApply Elite’s 1,000 for $44. A review summary also notes that FastApply’s unused monthly credits don’t roll over, so buy the tier that matches the good matches you really have.
Control and quality
FastApply gives you a spectrum of control. Co-Pilot mode lets you “review and approve every application before it’s submitted,” while Auto-Pilot, full autonomous and stealth modes remove that checkpoint. Google’s summary of reviews says the bot can stall on mandatory file uploads and that autonomous mode can enter incorrect or assumed details.
Where it applies matters too. FastApply’s FAQ says its extension “mimics natural human behavior,” but LinkedIn’s Help Center says it doesn’t permit browser extensions that automate activity on its website, and that members using them risk having accounts restricted (LinkedIn Help). If you use FastApply, pointing it at ATS forms rather than your LinkedIn account is the lower-risk choice.
JobsAICopilot avoids that question by applying only on company career pages. Review Mode lets you approve each application, and you can turn it off once the matches look right.
Tracking and extras
FastApply includes an application dashboard, several resume profiles per plan (3 on Starter, 7 on Pro, 10 on Elite) and free tools such as an AI resume builder, cover letter generator and interview answer generator. It also publishes its own job board.
JobsAICopilot logs every application in an AI job tracker and includes an AI Resume Creator, AI Interview Simulator, AI Salary Copilot, Hiring Manager Finder and Chrome extension in both plans. If you want interview practice and salary preparation alongside applying, that bundle is the difference.

Verdict
As of October 7, 2026, FastApply is the budget pick: five free applications, plans from $12.67 a month on a 90-day commitment and per-job tailoring from $25. Its trade-offs are non-refundable fees, weak early ratings and automation on job boards whose rules restrict it.
JobsAICopilot costs more but applies only to verified career-page listings, handles up to 50 applications a day and keeps Review Mode as a standard step. Pick FastApply for price and reach; pick JobsAICopilot for focus and control. Frequently Asked Questions
Still have a question?
Write to contact@jobsaicopilot.com or visit our contact page.
Is Fast Apply free?
Only to start. FastApply gives you five free applications with no credit card, using its in-browser Browse and Apply mode. Background automations, per-job resume and cover letter tailoring and larger monthly allowances need a paid plan. On October 7, 2026, monthly billing started at $14, and the 90-Day Sprint started at $12.67 a month.
What are people saying about FastApply in their reviews?
Ratings are mixed and the samples are small. On October 7, 2026, Google showed FastApply's Trustpilot page at 2.5 from 8 reviews and its Chrome Web Store listing at about 3.2 from 27 ratings. Praise centers on time saved across many platforms and Co-Pilot mode; complaints mention stalled file uploads, wrong autofilled details and slow support.
Is there an AI bot that can automatically apply for jobs?
Yes. Several services fill in and submit applications for you after a one-time setup. FastApply uses a browser extension and server automations across job boards and applicant tracking systems; JobsAICopilot applies to verified listings on company career pages with an optional approval step. Most let you review applications first, which is worth doing for the first batch.
What is the best AI tool for automatically applying for jobs?
There's no single winner. Look for tailoring on every application, a review step before anything is sent, a log of each submission, no need to hand over job board passwords and a price you can cancel easily. Then run a small test on roles you'd genuinely accept and judge the tool by the quality of what it sends.
Does AI Auto Apply actually work?
It works as automation: it fills in forms and submits applications far faster than you could by hand. Whether it gets interviews depends on fit. Applications to roles you match, with a tailored resume and accurate screening answers, perform much better than volume sent on loose filters. Track response rates by job title and adjust weekly.
