The split is simple. Simplify speeds you up while you’re applying; JobsAICopilot pairs an automated job search with automated job applications, so applying continues when you’re not at the keyboard.

How they apply for you

Simplify is built around one profile and the Simplify Copilot extension. According to its homepage, Copilot “fills repetitive application questions for you on any site,” and its help center says it works across 80% of job application websites. You review the filled form and click submit, and the application is logged in your tracker automatically.

Simplify’s October 2026 homepage also says it “applies for you” and shows an “Auto Apply” toggle with jobs waiting in a queue. Many 2026 reviews still describe it as autofill you submit yourself, so check which automation your account actually has before relying on it.

With JobsAICopilot, you upload your resume once and set filters for titles, locations, remote work, salary and companies to exclude. The copilot scans 50,000+ company career pages every day, tailors each application and applies for you, up to 20 a day on Premium or 50 on Elite with three copilots. It applies only to verified listings on official company career pages.

Think about where your time goes. If you enjoy choosing each job and just hate retyping your work history, Simplify removes most of the pain for free. If you can’t spare the hours to apply at all, a bot that submits for you is the bigger time saver.

The two can also work together. Use Simplify Copilot for the handful of dream-company applications you want to write by hand, and let the copilot cover the rest; add those dream companies to JobsAICopilot’s excluded-companies filter so nobody applies twice.

Pricing compared (October 2026)

Simplify keeps its core product free and has no public Simplify+ pricing page: simplify.jobs/pricing returned “not found” when our team checked on October 7, 2026. The Simplify+ figures below are consistent across independent 2026 reviews summarized in our Simplify Jobs review.

PlanWeeklyMonthlyQuarterlyWhat’s included
Simplify Free$0$0$0Matches, Copilot autofill, tracker, basic resume tools
Simplify+$19.99 (reported)$39.99 (reported)$89.99 (reported)Premium AI tools for resumes, cover letters and answers
JobsAICopilot Premium$14.54$33.69$84.401 copilot, up to 20 applications a day, all tools
JobsAICopilot Elite$17.92$44.96$106.943 copilots, up to 50 a day, AI-tailored resume for every application

Simplify wins on price for anyone happy with the free plan, and we’d say so to a friend. JobsAICopilot has no free trial because every plan runs paid AI models.

Comparing paid tiers, JobsAICopilot Premium costs less than Simplify+ on every billing period reported, and it includes the applying itself. Elite costs slightly more than Simplify+ on monthly and quarterly billing ($44.96 vs $39.99; $106.94 vs $89.99) and less on weekly billing, and it adds three copilots and up to 50 applications a day.

Refund terms differ too. Simplify’s refund policy, last updated August 26, 2026, says payments are non-refundable once Simplify+ is activated, with a pro-rated refund only for accidental web renewals reported within 24 hours. JobsAICopilot handles refunds case by case, as our Terms of Use explain, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

Control and quality

Approval. Simplify keeps you in control by default: nothing is sent until you click submit. JobsAICopilot’s Review Mode gives the same control and can be switched off once you trust the matches.

Job sources. Simplify indexes 50+ job boards and company career pages daily and is known for curated internship, new-grad and remote lists. JobsAICopilot applies only to verified listings on official company career pages, which keeps applications on the employer’s own site but won’t reach roles listed only on boards.

Tailoring. Simplify reads each job description and suggests rewritten bullets you accept line by line, which keeps your own wording. JobsAICopilot tailors each application on both plans and adds an AI-tailored resume for every application on Elite; our AI resume creator builds the base version.

Screening answers. Both tools reuse answers from your profile, so a wrong salary expectation or notice period repeats on every application. Fill in work authorization, location and pay questions carefully before applying at any scale.

Results. Faster applying doesn’t guarantee more interviews. One r/simplify user reported more than 400 applications over two months with an interview rate under 2%, a reminder that targeting matters for any tool, ours included.

Tracking and extras

Simplify’s free tracker logs every application with status, dates and contacts, and is one of the most complete free trackers in this category. Its extras include Network Copilot for referrals, a resume score, cover letter, email and question-response generators, an AI interviewer and curated job lists.

JobsAICopilot records every application in its AI job tracker and includes an AI Resume Creator, AI Cover Letter Generator, AI Interview Simulator, AI Salary Copilot, AI Career Change Helper, AI Jobs Personality Test, Hiring Manager Finder and a Chrome extension. For students, the AI student career helper covers first-job questions. All tools are in both plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have a question?

Write to contact@jobsaicopilot.com or visit our contact page.

Is applying through Simplify legit?

Yes. Simplify's Copilot extension fills in the employer's own application form, and you can see and edit every field before you submit, so the application reaches the employer as normal. Simplify Jobs, Inc. is a San Francisco company that says more than 2 million job seekers use it. Double-check custom answers such as salary and work authorization.

How much do simplify jobs cost?

Simplify is free for job seekers, including job matches, the Copilot autofill extension and the application tracker. The optional Simplify+ upgrade has no public pricing page; as of October 2026, independent reviews report $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 every three months. Simplify's refund policy says payments are non-refundable once Simplify+ is activated.

Is Simplify Plus worth it?

Mostly for a short, intensive stretch of applying. The free plan already covers matches, autofill and tracking, so Simplify+ mainly adds heavier AI help with resumes and application answers. At a reported $39.99 a month, with no trial and no refunds after activation, use the free plan first and upgrade only when you will use it daily.

Is there an app that automatically applies for jobs?

Yes. Tools such as JobsAICopilot, our product, LazyApply, JobHire.ai and AIApply's Auto-Apply submit applications for you, while autofill tools such as Simplify Copilot fill in forms that you then submit. Compare where each one applies, its daily limits, whether you can approve applications first, and its refund terms before paying.

Is Simplify Copilot safe?

Simplify Copilot is a widely used browser extension from a registered US company. Its FAQ says Simplify never sells your data and shares your profile with employers only when you apply or choose to be visible. As with any autofill tool, it reads the pages you visit, so install it from the official store and check every answer.
