What is LoopCV?

LoopCV (loopcv.pro) is an AI job search automation platform. In its own words, it “lets you upload your CV, set your job preferences, and then automatically finds and applies to relevant jobs for you. It can also send follow-up emails and track your results – all in one place.”

Its feature list covers auto apply, one-click apply, a job application tracker, “dynamic emails” to recruiters, an email finder, company exclusions, AI CV checks, an AI CV builder, AI answers to screening questions, a mock interview tool and a browser extension. LoopCV also sells to bootcamps, universities, recruiters and career coaches.

How LoopCV works

LoopCV is built around the loop: one saved search for a job title and location that keeps running in the background.

1. Upload your CV. Add the personal details employers usually ask for.
2. Create a loop. Pick a job title and location, then add optional filters such as remote work, keywords and companies to exclude.
3. Let it collect jobs. LoopCV pulls matching listings from its job boards on a schedule; the Done For You plan collects every hour.
4. Choose how it sends. A loop can apply automatically, or you can review matches first. LoopCV’s FAQ says that if messages look “too generic or not personalized, you can easily edit it before it’s sent.”
5. Track the results. The dashboard records email opens, replies and which CVs perform best, so you can A/B test CVs and keywords.

For job boards that require a login, the browser extension, called the Loopcv Apply Tool, applies from your browser “without ever asking for your username or password,” according to LoopCV.

Recruiter emails: what sets LoopCV apart

LoopCV’s most distinctive feature is outreach. It finds recruiter email addresses, sends your CV with a message, schedules follow-ups and shows who opened or replied. Few auto-apply tools offer this, and it can open conversations that a cold application would not.

Keep one limit in mind. An email to a recruiter is not the same as an application in the employer’s applicant tracking system, so roles that require a formal application still need one. Emails also count toward the same monthly quota as applications.

The same page’s metadata and FAQ say paid plans “start from €9.99/month,” so the currency and price you see may depend on where you are. Confirm the total at checkout. Earlier versions of this review listed pound-priced plans and a $39 lifetime deal; neither appears on the pricing page now.

What the quotas mean in practice. 100 actions a month is about three a day, and 300 is about ten. On both Standard and Premium, each application or email costs roughly 20 cents. That is fine for a targeted search with outreach, but a full-time search can use up Standard in a week or two.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel from your account settings at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. LoopCV offers refunds “within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your plan’s application quota,” and it runs a student discount program.
