FastApply Alternatives (2026): 8 Auto-Apply Tools Compared on Price
Looking for FastApply alternatives? Compare 8 auto-apply tools on price, daily limits and approval step, incl. JobsAICopilot. Updated October 2026.
Full review: FastApply review
The best FastApply alternatives in 2026 are JobsAICopilot for daily applications on company career pages with an approval step, Simplify and JobWizard for free autofill extensions, and LazyApply for maximum volume. This page is about FastApply LTD’s auto-apply Chrome extension and dashboard; unrelated products also use the name “FastApply” or “Fast Apply.” Most people switch because of the no-refund terms, thin early ratings, monthly credits that expire or a preference for tools that avoid job-board accounts.
Key takeaways
- As of October 14, 2026, FastApply costs $14 a month (or $12.67 to $44 on its 90-Day Sprint), gives 5 free applications and its refund policy says subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Cheaper or free options exist: Simplify and JobWizard autofill for $0, while you click submit yourself.
- Flat-priced daily volume with an approval step: JobsAICopilot (up to 20 or 50 applications a day) and LazyApply (15, 150 or 1,500 a day, annual plans).
- Before switching, check four things: where applications are sent, whether you approve them first, how volume is billed and how you can leave.
Why people look for a FastApply alternative
FastApply is a legitimate product from FastApply LTD: a Chrome extension and web dashboard that fills in and submits applications on 20+ job platforms and applicant tracking systems, with a Co-Pilot mode where you approve each application. We cover the product itself in our FastApply review. The reasons people look elsewhere are mostly practical:
- No refunds. FastApply’s refund policy, updated July 27, 2026, says all subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Canceling stops future renewals only.
- Early ratings are thin. Google showed its Trustpilot page at about 2.5 from 8 reviews in early October 2026. The sample is small, but it is a reason to test before paying.
- Credits are monthly. Plans give 200, 500 or 1,000 applications a month, and review summaries say unused credits do not roll over.
- Job-board exposure. Its pricing page says Browse & Apply works across Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter. LinkedIn’s Help Center says members who use extensions that automate activity risk restrictions. Our guide on whether auto-apply gets you blacklisted explains the trade-off.
- Different needs. Some people only want help filling forms; others want a bot that never touches a job-board account.
It also helps to separate the jobs. Finding openings is automated job search. Completing and submitting forms is AI automated job application. Tailoring the document is the work of an AI resume creator. Some tools do all three, and others do one. If you only want form filling, see our guide to software to auto-fill job applications.

The 8 best FastApply alternatives in 2026
1. JobsAICopilot: best for daily applications on company career pages with approval
JobsAICopilot is our product. It is an AI job application bot: you upload your resume once and set filters for job titles, locations, remote work, salary and companies to exclude. The AI copilot then scans 600,000+ company career pages every day, tailors each application and applies for you. Premium costs $14.54 a week with one copilot and up to 20 applications a day; Elite costs $17.92 a week with three copilots, up to 50 a day and an AI-tailored resume for every application. Monthly ($33.69 or $44.96) and quarterly ($84.40 or $106.94) billing lower the weekly cost.
The main difference from FastApply is where it applies: only to verified listings on official company career pages, so it does not work inside your LinkedIn or Indeed account. Review Mode lets you approve every application before it is sent. Plans include an AI Job Tracker, AI Resume Creator, AI Cover Letter Generator, AI Interview Simulator and a Chrome extension. See the full JobsAICopilot vs FastApply comparison.
Watch out for: there is no free trial, it costs more than FastApply, and it does not apply through job-board quick-apply buttons.
2. Simplify: best free autofill
Simplify is best known for Copilot, a free Chrome extension that autofills applications on systems such as Greenhouse, Workday and Lever and tracks what you submit. Its paid tier, Simplify+, costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months, according to its help center in October 2026. Autopilot, its auto-apply mode, gives 20 credits a week, and a credit is used only when an application is submitted.
Compared with FastApply, you give up background automation on a free plan but keep control, because you click submit yourself. More options are in our Simplify alternatives guide.
Watch out for: Simplify’s refund policy says payments are non-refundable once a subscription is active, and Autopilot volume is modest.
3. JobWizard: best free autofill with tracking and referrals
JobWizard is an AI autofill extension. According to its pricing page (checked October 14, 2026), the Free plan costs $0 forever and includes 30 job autofills a week, 30 cover letters a week, match scores and an application tracker. Plus is a $19.99 pass for 30 days with 200 autofills a week; Pro is $39.99 for 30 days with unlimited autofills. The passes are pay-once and do not auto-renew by default, and an auto-renew option is also offered.
Unlike FastApply, JobWizard fills forms while you review and click submit, so it suits people who want help with Workday, Greenhouse or Lever forms but not a bot.
Watch out for: it is autofill, not auto-apply, so daily volume depends on you. Its terms (October 2026) give a full refund within 7 days and 50% from day 8 to 14 on 30- and 90-day passes; 7-day passes are final.
4. LazyApply: best for maximum volume
LazyApply sells annual plans only: Basic at $99 a year for 15 applications a day, Premium at $149 for 150 a day and Ultimate at $999 for 1,500 a day, according to its pricing page (verified October 7, 2026). It says it applies on platforms such as Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter. Its 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to an initial subscription, only if you applied to fewer than 100 jobs and only if the product failed to work as advertised. Read our LazyApply review and the LazyApply alternatives page.
Watch out for: very high volume makes it harder to keep applications relevant, and there is no monthly option.
5. AIApply: best for writing tools plus pay-per-application
AIApply is a toolkit from AIApply Ltd with resume and cover letter writers, interview practice and an Auto-Apply feature. Auto-Apply runs on credit packs where one credit equals one application, and as of October 2026 its comparison page lists Pro at $29/month, or $12/month billed annually, with no credit-pack prices shown. Compared with FastApply, you pay per application instead of a monthly allowance, which can suit a short, targeted search.
Watch out for: you cannot see totals before signing up, and credits come on top of the Premium subscription.
6. LoopCV: best free auto-apply tier
LoopCV runs “loops,” saved searches that find jobs on job boards and apply or send emails for you. Its free plan covers one loop and up to 10 applications or emails a month. Paid plans start at €9.99 a month on its pricing page (October 14, 2026); US visitors saw Standard at $19.99 for up to 100 and Premium at $59.99 for up to 300 on October 7. It says you can edit messages before they are sent and offers refunds within 7 days if you used no more than 10% of your quota.
Watch out for: quotas count applications and emails together, and the price you see depends on your region.
7. Wobo: best for choosing jobs by swiping
Wobo shows matched jobs as cards; you swipe right and it sends the application. The free plan sends up to 5 applications a day. Unlimited costs $34.99 a month and keeps you choosing the jobs, while Autopilot costs $44.99 a month, lets Wobo choose and comes with a 5-day free trial. Its terms say fees are generally non-refundable.
Watch out for: read the terms on account creation and employer visibility before connecting your profile.
8. Sprout: best for phone-first applying
Sprout is an AI job search app for iPhone, Android and the web that finds roles, writes a tailored resume and cover letter and submits the application, with an optional review step. Its pricing page lists $19.99 a week for 50 applications, $39.99 a month for 200 or $79.99 a quarter for 600 (checked October 7, 2026). That is the same volume as FastApply’s Starter plan at nearly three times the monthly price.
Watch out for: Reddit users are skeptical about its viral social ads, and the weekly plan costs more per application than the quarterly one.
How to choose a FastApply alternative
Start with the reason you are leaving, then match it to one deciding question:
- How do you want to pay? FastApply charges monthly or by 90-day sprint with expiring credits. Flat plans (JobsAICopilot, Wobo), annual plans (LazyApply) and free tiers (Simplify, JobWizard, LoopCV) each behave differently.
- Do you want to approve every application? Look for an explicit approval step: Review Mode in JobsAICopilot, Co-Pilot in FastApply, or tools where you click submit yourself.
- Quality or volume? Daily caps of 20 to 50 tailored applications are easier to keep relevant than hundreds of identical ones. Our guide on how many jobs to apply to a day explains realistic targets.
- Where do applications land? Some tools act inside job-board accounts, others on employers’ own career pages. Ask before you connect an account.
- How can you leave? As of October 2026, refund terms range from none (FastApply, Simplify after activation) to 7 days (LoopCV) and 30 days with conditions (LazyApply). Test on free applications first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have a question?
Send us a message from our contact page.
What is the best alternative to FastApply?
It depends on what you want to change. For a free tool where you still click submit, Simplify and JobWizard offer free autofill extensions. For flat-priced daily applications on company career pages with an approval step, JobsAICopilot fits. For the highest volume at an annual price, LazyApply fits. Match the tool to your reason for leaving FastApply.
Is FastApply free?
Partly. As of October 14, 2026, FastApply gives you 5 free applications with no card, and the free plan is limited to its in-browser Browse and Apply mode. Background automation, larger monthly volumes and per-job resume and cover letter tailoring need a paid plan, with monthly billing from $14 and the 90-Day Sprint from $12.67 a month.
Is there a free alternative to FastApply?
Yes, with limits. As of October 2026, Simplify's Copilot autofill extension is free, JobWizard has a free tier with 30 job autofills a week, LoopCV has a free plan with 10 applications or emails a month and Wobo's free plan sends up to 5 applications a day. Free tiers suit light searches more than daily automated volume.
Does FastApply have a refund policy?
Not for subscriptions. According to the refund policy FastApply LTD updated on July 27, 2026, all subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, and canceling only stops future renewals. Billing errors are reviewed case by case. Use the 5 free applications as your test before paying, and compare exit terms before switching.
Is FastApply the same as other tools called Fast Apply?
No. Several unrelated products share the name, for example job-search sites and developer tools. This page covers FastApply LTD's auto-apply Chrome extension and web dashboard. When you compare reviews or prices, confirm that the page you are reading describes that product and not a different company that happens to use a similar name.
Can auto-apply tools get my job board account banned?
It is possible when a tool automates actions inside a job board account. LinkedIn's Help Center says members who use bots or extensions that automate activity on its site risk restrictions. Tools that apply on employers' own career pages, or that only autofill while you click submit, avoid most of that exposure. Read each job board's terms first.
Do I need a Chrome extension to apply automatically?
No. Extensions such as FastApply, Simplify and JobWizard work inside your browser, so the tab must stay open. Other tools run on their own servers, which lets them apply while your computer is off. Pick an extension for supervised, form-by-form control and a server-side bot for hands-off volume, then compare the approval step.
